Anyway, I'm thinking about making two different sets of teams: one set that's balanced as much as possible for general action, then another set that's got some kind of specialty, like scouting or defense. Information-gathering, stuff like that. So you might belong to two different teams, if that makes sense.

Yeah I just said that, c'mon, pay attention, Dave! But I don't think it'll be a problem to put you on the same team as John, at least for one of them. With all of his Ghost types, we were talking about him maybe being on a scouting team as well. What's most of your Pokémon team like, anyway? I don't think I've seen most of them.

i switch up based on what i need
if i need more defense i pull in types like big punisher a grass rock type
if i need more speed its up to my fast hitters
its like mixing music if you dont have the right tones youre going to get crap
unless youre talking about what i specialize in
thats dragons fire and dark
but yeah anything goes with me

Yeah, I think you and John would balance a team out well. For a specialty team, though, would you rather be on a physical fighting team, or a team more focused on Pokémon battles? Or is that "anything goes" too?

Also, I think John might be talking to Rose about having her join up, too. I guess you'll want to be on her team?

I haven't met Dirk yet! [Though in the future she has] I know you said I should meet him at the party, but I pretty much just showed up to fight you. I didn't do that much socializing.
