Exactly as it sound like. People with modded COMPs can see these death clocks. If someone's going to die in 9 days or less, it'll show the number of how many days they have left. If it reach 0, they're going to die on that day.

Of course, it's possible to avoid your predicted death by changing the number. Or die sooner, depending on your actions.
